We handed “Apocalyptic Summer” to two friends of the band and asked them to pull it apart in their own language.

Ted Bowne of Passafire and Wayne Lothian of The English Beat each rebuilt the track as a dub remix. Now the same session is open to you—with one non-negotiable rule: make it yourself.

Strict no-AI policy

Human means human.

Not allowed

Generative AI, machine learning, voice models, AI-powered tools, AI composition or lyrics, arranging, generated vocals or instruments, voice cloning, style imitation, stem extraction, generative fill, source replacement, AI mixing, mastering, restoration, or AI material edited after generation.

Allowed

Conventional non-AI DAW operations: manual editing, EQ, compression, reverb, delay, automation, traditional pitch correction, and properly licensed non-AI samples.

Authority Zero may request project screenshots, track/plugin lists, recording evidence, or a process explanation. False declarations or failure to verify can cause rejection or removal.

Required project consent is separate from optional marketing consent. We record a secure link hash, its download count, and the last download time; we do not store the raw link token or your IP address. See the Privacy Policy.

Before you submit

Set up SoundCloud.

Use your real genre as the primary tag. Add campaign tags such as AuthorityZero, ApocalypticSummerReworked, and HumanMadeMusic.

No monetization, DSPs, registration, Content ID, sync, sale, or sublicensing without written permission.

There is no guaranteed playlist placement, repost, feature, response, payment, selection, or future opportunity. Authority Zero may periodically review, playlist, repost, or spotlight eligible versions and may reject, remove, pause, or end the project at any time, all in its sole discretion.
